The show promises a genuinely impressive experience and is a “must see” to celebrate Banksy’s art and carry it out into the wider world. In the heart of San Francisco, Banksy Limitless brings the edge of street art into an educational and immersive museum gallery experience created especially for the city. For a limited time only, explore the world’s largest private collection of hundreds of works by the elusive artist, from certified originals to large-scale installations. Plus murals painted by Banksy - removed from the buildings and reconditioned by professional restorers!

ABOUT TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

Can I make a group booking?

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with disabilities.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
No weapons of any kind allowed. Pens, sprays, professional cameras, big bags (allowed size 20x30cm). No food or drink allowed inside (only water).
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The exhibition, being a collection of visually oriented props and photos, offers an accessible experience for the hearing impaired but is limited for the visually impaired.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights used in the exhibition.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
The exhibition is a walk-through experience, and we encourage visitors to explore at their own pace. There are limited seating options available inside for rest as needed.

Yes, there will be restrooms available
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them! We ask that you be mindful of other visitors and avoid disturbing their experience while capturing your own. Professional cameras are not allowed.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact them here.
Is a coat check available?
Yes, it will be available at the check-in desk.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience! No ticket is required for children between 0-3 years old.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide. At the check-in desk is listed a QR code to download the application containing extensive information about the artworks in the gallery.
